About Diahnne / by Evey Sekajipo

My name is DiAhnne, I am a social worker in Hillsborough County and have been an MA mentor for almost 4 years.  I joined MA because I wanted to help Black teenage girls realize their academic, ethnic, and spiritual identity through Christ.  Being a mentor has taught me how to have hope while waiting for God to make changes and how to be a vessel for Him.  I most enjoy developing organic community within the group and watching the girls grow intellectually and spiritually.  My primary dream for the girls is that they have an intimate, ever-growing relationship with Jesus that guides their lives.
