Leadership Camp / by Evey Sekajipo

For the past month, we have been holding our Leadership Camp for girls who have been a part of Mama Africana for at least a year.  So far we have covered: Personal Relationship with Jesus, Servant-hood, Evangelism, and Being a Small Group Leader.  We are excited in seeing how God is molding our girls to be leaders and the ways He has also been challenging them through this camp.  We desire to see the next generation of black girls affirmed in their strength and leadership but above all exude the character of Jesus.  Having this camp provides just that for our leaders.  We ask that you pray for the girls and their continued growth in these areas as they will also help facilitate small groups at our Beauty, Worth, and Faith conference on Oct. 12th.
